Eligibility Requirements
*You must be 18-65 years of age & within the following monetary limits:
Family Size Annual Income Under:
1 $21,660
2 $29,140
3 $36,620
4 $44,100
5 $51,580
*Based on 200% of Federal Poverty Level.
You must:
- Provide proof of income, such as pay stubs, W-2, or tax return forms
- Have a social security number
- Be a Genesee County resident
- Bring picture ID
- Not have any form of health insurance
Appointment Policy:
We will only see patients by appointment on Wednesday from 1-4:30 p.m.
Appointments can be made by calling the Free Clinic between 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. M-F. The Clinic is open to the public.
